November Favourites

So here we are at December already! I'm really looking forward to Christmas now :) I bet all of you lucky beauty lovers with a special advent calendar had a great morning seeing what was behind the first door!

I've mainly been loving make-up products over the last month but there are a few other goodies I've been enjoying too. Once you've read my favourites, maybe you'd like to tell me about yours :)

Soap and Glory Sugar Crush Body Wash and Whipped Clean Shower Butter

Soap and Glory is one of my favourite brands for shower products. I love the massive pump style ones like the Sugar Crush one as they last for ages. They are always really creamy and moisturising too. Sugar Crush smells amazing! It smells like lime with a hint of vanilla. Perfect for waking me up in the morning. The Whipped Clean Shower Butter is really nice too. It is made with over 25% butters and oils so it's a real treat on the skin. It leaves my skin moisturised for hours without even applying body moisturiser afterwards. It smells delicious too!

Revlon Lip Butter in Cotton Candy, Accessorize Blusher in Sensation and Revlon Lip Butter in Raspberry Pie

I've been enjoying rediscovering Revlon Lip Butters this month. Raspberry Pie* is new to my collection. It's a deep raspberry red shade that's perfect for the Winter season. I find it's a very wearable way to try the berry trend. It's so easy to apply and it leaves a lovely glossy finish.

The Cotton Candy shade is a pretty shimmery pink shade which also leaves a lovely glossy finish. They feel like lip balm so they are comfortable on the lips. I found this went really well with the Accessorize Blusher in Sensation. It leaves a gorgeous, glowy look on the cheeks. I can't believe I haven't shown this product any love before! It was just sitting unused in my collection. I wore this combination on a night at the the cinema to see the final Twilight film and my fiancé was full of compliments about how I looked.

L'Oreal Lumi Magique Highlighting Pen in Light and Dr Jart+ Platinum Beauty Balm

L'Oreal Lumi Magique also sat unloved in my collection until November. I had used it briefly but didn't think much of it. When I started using it again last month I really started to like it. I have quite bad dark circles under my eyes and I find this really helps cover them up. It's probably the best pen style concealer I've used. The rose gold packaging is cute too.

I've mentioned the Dr Jart+ Platinum Beauty Balm a few times but I really love it. I like it even better than my favourite foundation (MAC Studio Fix) as it gives great coverage, matches my pale skin tone and feels light on the skin. Check out this post to see the difference it makes to my skin.

Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain in Romantic and L'Oreal Volume Million Lashes Excess Mascara

I recently created a FOTD using this Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain. It's the perfect red lip product for me as it's very buildable so I can create a sheer look or a lovely bold glossy lip. The crayon style applicator makes it super easy to apply.

The L'Oreal Volume Million Lashes Excess Mascara is my favourite mascara of the YEAR! It makes my lashes look amazing. It provides volume, length and separation. It isn't too expensive either. I have a full review post on it here.
Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair and Anti-Blemish Skinetica

I love Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair as it's a gorgeous serum that not only hydrates my skin as I sleep but reduces redness and spots too. I've had quite a few bad spots lately so this has been reducing them quite a bit. The Anti-Blemish Skinetica sample I received in my October GlossyBox has also been great for clearing up spots. You apply some to a cotton wool pad and dab over the affected area. It like the way it doesn't sting my skin or dry it out too much.

So that's all of my November favourites, don't forget to tell me about yours...

I've recently re-discovered my Revlon lip butter in Peach Parfait, I'm tempted to pick up another darker one and brave the berry lip trend.
