Mini Lush Haul

Last weekend I popped into Lush to buy a few goodies as I hadn't bought anything from there for a while so I thought I'd show you my purchases.

First up, I fancied some shampoo and couldn't decide what to buy so I bought two! I went for I Love Juicy and Rehab. I've had I Love Juicy before and I LOVE the smell of this, it's so fruity! This shampoo contains lots of yummy ingredients such as mango, pineapple and kiwi fruit. Aside from the lovely smell, I bought this one as it's for those with greasy hair. Lovely!

I also bought Rehab as it mentioned it was good for scalps and strengthening hair. I often get an itchy scalp and my hair snaps quite a lot so it seemed like a good choice for me. I've been using this one every time I wash my hair and it leaves my hair and scalp feeling clean and refreshed. I'm enjoying using this even though it doesn't smell as tasty as I Love Juicy!

I fancied a shower gel so I went for It's Raining Men. I've had this before and I really love the scent. It smells like the Honey I Washed The Kids soap which is great! It's like a luxurious toffee scent with a hint of floral goodness. Probably not the best description there... hehe. Also, it's worth mentioning the scent lingers on your skin for hours after using the product which is nice.

All three of these bottled products are 100ml and all cost just under a fiver. Lush seems quite expensive these days but it's great for an occasional splurge.

My last item is The Comforter bubble bar. Why had I not tried this before?!! You may notice a theme here but this smells AMAZING! It's like sweets, I almost didn't want to use this as I loved just sitting on my bed sniffing the bar!

The bar was £4.15 but it is one of the larger ones and I reckon you could get quite a few uses out of this. I used one half at a time as I'm too greedy! This smells like the Sweetie Pie shower jelly so you might want to try this if you like the scent of that.

This product turned the bath a gorgeous girly pink colour and left my skin feeling super soft.

17 Berry Crush Lip Stain

Another 17 Cosmetics lip product for you here. This time it's the Berry Crush Lip Stain. I'm not 100% sure which colour I have as it isn't displayed on the product, but going off the Boots website I'm guessing it's Sleepover.

This is a double ended product with a felt tip pen style applicator containing the lip stain at one end and a clear lip balm at the other. The lip stain looks like a rosy pink colour in the applicator and when swatched on my hand. On my lips this product has more of a red tint to it.

I was really surprised at how pigmented the product is. This has amazing staying power too! It took a lot of rubbing with a face wipe to remove the majority of the colour and I still had traces of it on my lips the next day! The swatch on my hand wouldn't budge either. The lip stain actually smells really fruity which made it even more enjoyable to use.

The lip balm end is a great addition to the product as it gives the lips a nice, smooth finish and stops your lips from drying out.

This lip product is also £4.99 from Boots. Another winner from 17 Cosmetics!

Have you tried these lip stains? What are your thoughts?

17 Supreme Shine in Pink Posey

Good evening beauties :)

This post is about one of the 17 Supreme Shine lipsticks. I won this as part of a Twitter giveaway but I'd been thinking about trying one for ages as a lot of beauty bloggers seem to rate them.

17 Supreme Shine in Pink Posey

I have the shade Pink Posey which is a beautiful pinky purple colour. I wouldn't normally go for colours like this as I prefer proper pink or coral shades but as I could choose any colour for the prize, I decided to be more adventurous.

I really like the colour and I think it goes great with my green eyes and blonde hair. Sorry I don't have any full face photos to show you! I can also see why these lippies are so well loved. The formula is a pleasure to use. It's really glossy and moisturising on the lips. You can wear it quite sheer or build up more layers for an intense shade. I like the chrome packaging too!

After checking them out on the Boots website, I also think they are very well priced at only £4.99. I definitely recommend these based on the shade I have.

Have you tried these lipsticks? What is your favourite shade?
